Return & Exchange Policy

Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.  Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached. 

SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE only. Merchandise purchased at a retail location may only be returned/exchanged at that retail location. 

Lizzie Driver reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. 

Shipping and handling charges for returned/exchanged merchandise are non-refundable unless Lizzie Driver has made a shipping error. Exchanges shall be processed by downloading and completing the Returns & Exchanges Form.  A copy of the Returns & Exchanges Form must be included with your return.   

To complete the form:  

a)  Indicate on the form which pieces you would like to receive in exchange for the returned item(s).  When we receive your returned items, we will send out the replacement items you have indicated.

Or - 

b)  Complete the return and then place a new order on our website for the replacement item.
